Back Tool Room Manager - Senai

Job Description:

• Responsible to maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures by complying with legal regulations.
• Overseeing as well as evaluating the daily operation of the Tooling Department.
• Interfaces with all appropriate departments/staff in progress updates, problem analysis, and corrective action recommendations.
• Performs all performance reviews and disciplinary action regarding tool room personnel.
• Provide technical training and developmental needs of team.
• Coordinate tool and required machine maintenance with production as well as with engineering personnel
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Applicants should be Malaysian Citizen and be willing to work in Senai, Johor Bahru.
• Industry: Manufacturing (Metal stamping)
