Back QA Manager

Job Descriptions:

• To attend to customer’s complaints, to propose necessary corrective or preventive actions. 
• To liaise with external consultants, to ensure that products always meet their specification. 
• Monitor the global supplier quality improvement program, First Article Approval and parts qualification. 
• Continuously develop and improve Quality Management Systems processes. 
• Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover. 
• Lead activities in product design / construction improvement. 
• Manage customer feedback and returns. 
• Build awareness and relationships across all levels of the organization following best practices to ensure optimal use of Quality Management System methodology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations or other related field.
• Possess extensive CNC mill/lathe, sheet metal, and composite experience in the precision machining industry
• Minimum of 5 or 6 years managerial experience in manufacturing industry
• Possess years of experiences in Quality Assurance role
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and willing to work in Senai, Johor Bahru. (Industry: Manufacturing-Metal stamping)
