Job Description:
- In-charge of Production of Prefabricated Concrete Components
- Managing a team of Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians
- Ensuring timely production and delivery.
- Liaise with Singapore HQ on delivery issues.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to carry out production work.
- Coordinate between Planning team, Quality Control team, Steel Fabrication team, Material Procurement and Mould team to ensure smooth production.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations as well ISO procedures and standards.
- Responsible for metal mould inspection prior to production.
- Arrange for reinforcement inspection prior to casting.
- Conduct inspection of precast components after casting.
- Ensure quality of concrete for production and testing of cubes for conformity.
- Prepare daily production reports and summary of non-conformance reports/test reports
- Witness conformity testing, stressing and casting.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 year (s) experiences in Precast/Construction/Manufacturing
- Training will be provided in Singapore (if necessary).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai Plant, JB.
- Industry: Manufacturing of prefabricated metal components.
- Full-Time positions available.
