Back Production Line Leader

• Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedules for multiple packaging lines. 
• Responsible for performance appraisals, goal setting, training and monitoring of personnel. 
• Provide daily assignment and direction to direct reports. 
• Develop, support, and implement process improvements. 
• Other duties assigned by superior or management. 

• Diploma holder or Bachelor’s degree in Operations or a related discipline preferred. 
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Possess years of experiences in manufacturing in air-conducting is an added advantage. 
• Malaysian citizen. 
• Willing working at Gelang Patah.
• Industry: Manufacturing (Air-conducting)
