Back Packing Supervisor

Job description:

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment
• Studies production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.
• Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments.
• Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.
• Starts, adjusts, and repairs packaging machinery, or notifies maintenance department.
• Trains workers in operation of equipment.
• Requisitions containers and other supplies for delivery to work stations.
• Ensure the product is stored, labeled and segregated at designated area.
• Inform to Executive/Engineer or Manager for any equipment need to be repair, services or calibrate.
• Assist Executive/ Engineer/Senior Executive/Engineer in organizing and planning the work in online and final packing area.
• To handle and follow up on the problems forwarded by Group leaders.
• Verify and monitor the work done by Group leaders.

Requirements:

• SPM/O-Levels/STPM/Diploma/Associate degree in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent. 
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in metal stamping industry.
• Demonstrate leadership, observation spirit, training skills, communication and time management.
• Good problem solving.
• Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Salary depends on experiences
• Willing working at Senai; Industry: Manufacturing (Metal Stamping)
