Back Compounding Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage day to day operations of the compounding department.
• Manage and ensure all formulation.
• Manage and ensure Production Dept have adequate amount of compound for production, including the requisition of raw materails needed.
• Manage and maintain all machinery, equipment and assets.
• Manage and ensure all compound produced is of required quality, colour and properties.

Requirements:

• At least a SPM or vocational training in relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years or working experience in supervisory role.
• Reliable and good team player.
• Willing to work at Senai Airport city area.
• Own transport.
• Experience in rubber industry is preferrable.
