Back Subcon Maintenance Manager - Senai

Job descriptions:

• Providing leadership and strategic direction for the Subcon and Engineering team particularly in Maintenance of the equipment and machineries (Metal Stamping Industry).
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance system to reduce breakdown.
• Coaching and guiding internal staffs to further develop their Technical skills and knowledge.
• Providing technical support to cross functional teams within the organization.

Requirements:

• Degree educated in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or any related) studies.
• At least more than 5 years working experience in maintenance/engineering field specialised in manufacturing line.
• Strong leadership abilities and able to work in team.
• High integrity and professionlism work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and cross functionality.
• Good project management.
• Malaysian candidates only.
• Salary RM 4000 - RM 6000 depends on experience.
