Back Operation Manager -Kempas

1. HOD of Fabrication & Operation Department (Assembly, Workshop & Operation Billing) to oversee all activities in these departments.
2. Advise CEO on procedure, system, cost & technical issues.

1. Overall in-charge of the entire branch company Operations and ensure that all system, standard, procedure and policies comply to the organizations's requirements.
2. To involve in the planning of all incoming orders from customers covering all aspects of contract, material plan, purchase plan, built plan and loan plan to shipment plan in branch company basic business process.
3. To provide technical and engineering assistance to all sections of operation and ensuring the desired quality level of product is achieved and maintained through sound and effective maintenance program, efficient and cost effective engineering and management procedures.
4. Conduct review and perform evaluation of overall manufacturing process and facilities including the design development of machinery automation systems, jigs and fixtures mould tools and the implementation of new methods and time management.
5. Contribute in the continuous research and development program on a new products, quality control, test and initiation of new manufacturing process and improvement in existing product.
6. Train, direct and assist the effort of other personnel including new staff on-the-job training and motivation of staff within JB branch company.
7. Responsible to material control and reduction of wastage within JB branch company.
8. Lead and assist the overall departments and staff in ensuring all engineering matters, plan machinery and equipment are in the best operational condition at all times.
9. Ensure products/ service produced and machine capacity and develop any special process required for the above sections.
10. Assist in improvement process involving all machinery and ancillary equipment.
11. Analyse production/ service methods, process control and quality data, institute product and process changes.
12. Ensure that in-house suppliers meet standard required quality, quality delivery, in time and conformance to standard requirement specified.
13. Involved and accountable to all other general management functions covering strategy, structure, system, staff training and recruitment.
14. Attend to all regional and in-house complaints, investigation and initiation and the monitoring of corrective action.
15. Perform all other duties related to the company's activities as and when required by the management.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of working experiences in commercial vehicle industry.
3. Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
4. Computer proficiency
5. Managing skill with technical abilities
6. Problem solving and interpersonal skills
7. Able to communicate at all levels
8. Able to guide & provide support to workshop team
9. Flexible approach to work commitment
10. Willing to work at Kempas, Johor Bahru.
