Back Shipping Executive

Job duties:

• Communicate with customers on forecast, promotion projections and plans inclusive of projected quantities and delivery schedules.
• Ensure close follow up and follow through.
• Process customer orders, plan and schedule deliveries.
• Process customer sample request.
• Provide effective communication and co-ordinate between planner and customers to ensure orders being fulfil as per requirement.
• Perform shipping documentation.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Management or any other related studies.
• Preferably 2 years relevant working experience and knowledge of laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work at Senai and own transport.
