Back Facilities Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• To prepare TPM instructions sheet, checklist, and maintenance schedule  for new machinery.
• To review TPM checklist, instruction sheet and schedule maintenance if necessary.
• To make sure operator complete the checklist dutifully and daily/weekly audited by technician.
• To make sure schedule maintenance is carry out according to the schedule maintenance plan.
• To educate new operators and new technician what is the instruction sheet and checklist about.
• To audit the new operator on their understanding on performing checks on machinery based on instruction sheet
• Facilities Engineer will work on the PWO module, allowing him to write maintenance procedure for each equipment, setting frequency of each action. The system automatically prompts exactly on the day the procedure is due.
• Facilities Engineer can run PWO summary between a selected period for history and forecasting scheduled plan for upfront period.
• Ensure all the forms used are the latest revision and properly filled.
• To understand and learn to operate the machine.
• To understand the sequence of the machine.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering with related experience.
• Good knowledge in maintenance work.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industries specialized in facilities.
• Good knowledge in mechanical equipment.
• Prefer male only.
