- Assist the Finance Manager to manage and coordinate the daily finance and accounting activities of the company and its related activities.
- Full cycle accounts monthly and annual.
- To perform AR and AP functions.
- Account reconciliations.
- Journal entries-accruals, prepayments, adjusting entries.
- To prepare and finalize GST report.
- To handle petty cash and claims.
- To handle day to day accounting functions such as payment voucher, invoice, receipt and etc.
- To monitor daily bank transactions and balances.
- Monitor and maintain fixed asset.
- Prepare and maintain of financial report.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- Ability to work multi-task with minimised supervision.
- Computer literacy essential with knowledeable about Microsoft application.
- Self motivated and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of GST will be an added advantage.
- Able to work at Taman Perindustrian Nusa Cemerlang, 79200 Gelang Patah, Johor.
- Willing to work Mon-Fri and alternate Saturday.
