Back Maintenance Technician

Job description:

1. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
2. Perform maintenance of electrical systems 
3. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
4. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
5. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
6. Perform manual repairs when necessary.
7. Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned.
8. Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed

Requirements:

1. SPM/O-Levels/ STPM/Diploma/ Degree in any studies equivalent.
2. Have experiences in repairing machines.
3. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
4. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
5. Salary: Depend on Experiences
6. Working at Senai ; Company Industry: Manufacturing  (Metal Stamping)
