Job Scope (Brief)

• Procure products which are essential for company’s day-to-day operations.

Job Scope (Detailed)

• Source for quotations and evaluate the offers from suppliers.
• Prepare quotations to customers.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of purchased products.
• Enter order details (e.g. supplier, quantity, cost) into accounting system.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products (e.g. delivery orders and invoices).
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Research potential suppliers for existing or new products.

Requirements

• Female, Chinese.
• Proficiency in Chinese, Malay and English
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Salary RM1,800 to RM2,800 (negotiable based on work experience)
• Working Hours: Mon-Sat (8 am -6 pm)
