Back Purchaser (Chinese)

Responsibilities:

• To monitor, control and update the latest purchasing ISO procedures to Quality Department from time to time.
• To handle all Singapore suppliers material purchase, order management, shipment coordination and consolidation weekly report.
• To daily follow up all outstanding orders delivery with suppliers.
• To support end users for any urgent queries.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced in Business Administration, Economics or any other related field.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in purchasing/inventory/material and warehouse management or equivalent.
• Proficiency to communicate in English, Mandarin.
