Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to prepare and process purchase orders and all related documents according to the order request.
  • To perform day to day procurement activities including purchasing and delivery follow up.
  • Liaise with suppliers on all quotation.
  • On-going review inventories availability and orders & material planning.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant staff and other department concerned about the delivery status of goods.
  • Liaise with customers to provide update order status by handling & responding to customers enquiries/calls target.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holders in related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, dynamic and able to work independently.
  • Result oriented attitude.
  • Preferably female Chinese candidate.
  • Willing to work at Senai, Johor.
