Responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare and process purchase orders and all related documents according to the order request.
- To perform day to day procurement activities including purchasing and delivery follow up.
- Liaise with suppliers on all quotation.
- On-going review inventories availability and orders & material planning.
- Communicate effectively with relevant staff and other department concerned about the delivery status of goods.
- Liaise with customers to provide update order status by handling & responding to customers enquiries/calls target.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holders in related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, dynamic and able to work independently.
- Result oriented attitude.
- Preferably female Chinese candidate.
- Willing to work at Senai, Johor.
