Back QA/QC Leader (Urgent!)

Job descriptions:

• Provide supervisory and global systems support to the Incoming Inspection Department.
• Support line QC engineers via risk assessment techniques such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA/PFMEA) and other applicable tools.
• Serve as team member for any identified continuous improvement projects whether internal or external to the Quality department.
• Assist Quality Engineering lead in development and maintenance of product analysis and non-conformance measurement systems.
• Coordinates quality assurance activities (e.g., audits, training, purchasing, etc.)
• Provides technical assistance and training to QA personnel.
• Monitors and verifies the HACCP plan’s CCPs adhering to policy and procedure.
• Works with operations personnel on quality and safety issues.
• Verifies operations control systems are functional and being followed.
• Places product on hold, release or disposition as necessary while adhering to policy and procedure.
• Evaluates damaged products.
• Coordinates resolution of customer complaints as necessary.
• Completes analytical  reviews of product.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in Quality Control for a technical product in metal stamping industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams, and committees in a professional manner.
• Demonstrated persuasive and creative problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Large organization/corporate experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to read measurements.
• Required language (s): English
• Salary RM2000- RM2800
