Back QA/QC Supervisor

Job description:

• Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets the  required qualities.
• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
• Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Assists the quality engineer in developing and maintaining the ISO9001 procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain the Material Review Area to ensure that all products are distributed in a timely manner.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
• Interfaces with other Departments and the internal Trainer to develop and implement training programs as required.
• Confers with workers' representatives and Human Resources to resolve grievances.

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma High school diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year experiences in QA/QC in metal stamping industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and the inclusion of digital .
• Self‐motivated with good written and verbal communication skills with a positive team‐oriented attitude is required
• Must be certified welding inspector and NDT (Nondestructive Testing) personnel.
  Extensive knowledge of material science, welding technology and metallurgical engineering.
• Documentation of work experience
• Ability to meet company certification standards
• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Salary depend on Experiences
• Willing working at Senai
