Prefer Chinese candidate with payroll experience



Job Descriptions:

  • Planning and coordinate recruitment activities and selection process.
  • Manage of company payroll including foreign worker (150-160 worker) and ensure timely payroll completion.
  • Maintain and update employees personal record and confidential information in system.
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, income tax and etc).
  • To handle any job assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HR Management/Business Studies or any related studies.
  • Must have at least 1 year working experience in handling payroll in manufacturing line.
  • Able to communicate efficiently in Mandarin and English. (Prefer Chinese candidates only)
  • Willing to work at Ulu Tiram and own transport.
  • Have sense of responsiblities and easy to communicate.
  • Salary range RM 2300 - RM 3200 (depend on experience).
  • 5 days per week only.
